Live Wild and Live Strong

ImagePromise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. Look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true. Think only of the best, work only for the best, and expect only the best. Forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future. Give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others. Live in the faith that the whole world is on your side so long as you are true to the best that is in you!

Today is Tuesday and I did not run yesterday…I need new shoes and it was nice to take a day off….from running.

I biked 13 miles and it was nice to take a QOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I felt like I was myself and even though I was tired I still worked hard and biked strong.

The bike I posted at the top is the bike I want.  My felt has been good to me but it is time to move on or “upgrade.”  I cannot wait.

I would love some new wheels too but maybe that is for later…I also need to save for a new car…my car wants to get old on me and has 138,000 miles on it….ouch….

I do not have much to share but I have been taking a lot of notice today and this past week…I work with little kids and I hate bullying…go out and do something nice…pay it forward….be the best person you can be and make a difference and it will make the world just that much more of a better place…I promise….
